The arrival of Spring in my yard is signaled by the appearance of these gorgeous Tulip flowers.
I shot these handheld with my Canon 5D MkII and my EF 24-70mm lens. My settings were 1/500th at f11 and ISO 100.
IThe sun was high and bright and I really wanted to get as much depth as I could. I tweaked the brightness a bit in Lightroom and cropped, that's it.
